Welcome to Pawse. By using our website (pawse.co.in and v8ue8e-sz.myshopify.com) and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

About us: Pawse sells pet supplies including grooming tools, toys, apparel, and accessories, shipped within India.

 

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or undeliverable addresses. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.

 

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. Prices and offers may change without notice; the price at the time of order placement applies.

 

Payments: We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets via Razorpay, plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment partners - we never store card details.

 

Product information: We do our best to display products accurately, but slight variations in colour or appearance may occur. Sizing guidance is provided for apparel - measure your pet before ordering.

 

Product safety: Our products are intended for pets under owner supervision. Always supervise your pet with toys and remove damaged items. Consult your vet for product suitability if your pet has health conditions.

 

Returns and refunds: Covered in our Return and Refund Policy.

 

Intellectual property: All content on this site - text, images, branding - belongs to Pawse and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Pawse's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

 

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
