At Pawse, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Grooming tools and consumables (treats, food) cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return: Email hello@pawse.co.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund - no return shipping needed.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Exchanges: Wrong size on a raincoat or harness? We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items: Opened food and treats, used grooming tools, and items marked as final sale.
