Shipping policy

We ship across India, right to your doorstep.

 

Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery time: Metro cities typically receive orders in 2-4 business days. Other cities and towns take 4-7 business days. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

 

Shipping charges: Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 999. Orders below that carry a flat shipping fee of Rs. 79, shown at checkout.

 

Cash on Delivery: COD is available on eligible pin codes for orders up to Rs. 5,000. A COD confirmation may be requested via WhatsApp or SMS before dispatch.

 

Order tracking: Track your order any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Delays: While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can happen due to weather, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order seems stuck, write to hello@pawse.co.in and we'll chase it down.

 

Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping charges may apply).
